About the KPMG Graduate Programme Hear from our Graduates!

We're thrilled to announce the launch of our next cohort of the highly successful KPMG Graduate Programme for Autumn 2026! As a graduate based in Dublin, you’ll engage in meaningful work in our Corporate Finance practice on a 3.5-year training contract with a cohort of fellow graduates working towards their associate chartered accountant (ACA) qualifications. We take our responsibility to ensure that you excel in your professional exams seriously. Our exam pass rate is 10% to 30% better than the national average and #1 in Ireland and we consistently have many of our employees placed in the top ten results in the country including 100% pass rate for 2024!

How will you make an impact?


KPMG’s Infrastructure & Government practice is a prominent advisor in the Irish market, advising on infrastructure investment across the lifecycle. For over 20 years, we have been at the forefront of providing commercial, financial, procurement, and asset management expertise on government and infrastructure projects across Ireland.


Our team of professionals includes accountants, financial managers, engineers, quantity surveyors, economists, and project managers. We work with both public and private sector clients to provide advice on funding, procurement, and capital structuring for major infrastructure investments, such as new hospitals, smart meter deployment and sustainable transport. We develop Public Spending Code compliant business cases to help understand the economic impacts of projects and ensure fair and transparent procurement processes.


We assist infrastructure owners and operators in the transport and energy sectors with lifecycle cost management and long-term investment strategies. Our expertise includes advising on regulatory frameworks and governance structures to achieve value for money, balancing financial, economic, and societal benefits.


The team supports project delivery and develops operational models for effective project management. We advise clients on the necessary skills and capabilities to complete major programs from concept to construction. The work you do influences the outcomes of key government policies and major infrastructure investments, shaping Ireland's future infrastructure needs. The skills and training we provide will support you in becoming a key business advisor in Corporate Finance, gaining experience in:


  • Financing infrastructure with public funds and private debt and equity.
  • Advising on public and private infrastructure projects.
  • Advising clients on commercial strategies, procurement models and managing the tendering process.
  • Developing businesses cases with cost-benefit insight.
  • Assisting infrastructure owners (water, transport, energy) to transition as a business to evolving government polies and 2050 climate targets.
