About KPMG Deal Advisory


KPMG’s Advisory practices are structured into the following groups;

    On joining the Advisory practice, you will become part of one of these multi-disciplinary teams. Depending on your focus, you could be working on activities such as mergers and acquisitions, finance raising or restructuring, business valuations, fraud investigations, insolvency, crisis management, and business performance process improvement.


    At KPMG we advise clients on what to do and help them to make better decisions, reduce costs, build a more effective organisation, with technology and risk management strategies. You could be working on projects such as advising companies in financial difficulty, formulating turnaround strategies or working on insolvency appointments.
