Current undergraduate student in your final year of university or current master’s student at university from any degree discipline, including science, law, business, social sciences.

Leading advisor in the M&A space, regularly advising on buy and sell mandates across all sectors
Dedicated tax transformation and technology team who advise on the cross section between tax and technology, focusing on aspects such as the use of AI to deliver tax services
International tax advisors to several large Irish & Multinational groups
Extensive involvement in tax policy and working with government and stakeholders to shape tax legislation to enhance the broader economy.
Biggest R&D Tax Practice & leading Tax Advisors in Aviation & Finance
Working largely across both Irish and international tax regulations
Working with senior management teams/business leaders to review global business models and supply chains
Economic and financial evaluation to design and implement global transfer pricing policies for major multinationals
Defending international taxpayers against challenges from tax authorities on major cross-border transactions
