Join Ireland’s leading Corporate Finance team, who advised on more than €1.7bn of Real Estate capital transactions in 2025. This Associate Director role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile M&A, debt advisory and property transactions, supporting some of Ireland’s most prominent real estate developers, investors and lenders. You will gain broad exposure across equity raises, debt financing and buy- and sell-side mandates, spanning sectors including residential, office, retail, hospitality, healthcare, industrial and logistics, within a fast-paced, market-leading advisory environment that offers strong career progression.

 

A snapshot of your peer group:

  • More than 5 years’ experience in the Real Estate sector in a corporate finance / banking / investment banking / developer / private equity/ family office or similar environment
  • ACA / CFA / ACCA qualified or equivalent is preferable
  • Strong numerical, analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Proven project management skills and enjoy managing a wide range of tasks/projects at any one time
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Personable team player with the ability to create confidence and trust with both colleagues and clients

Your responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you enhance your career with us. Here is what you can initially expect:

Work alongside Partners and Directors, who will support you throughout, to deliver market leading Real Estate transactions, including:

  • Actively engaging with clients and taking responsibility for managing all phases of the transaction cycle and deal execution
  • Analysing the key financial and commercial dynamics of transactions and identifying opportunities and challenges to deal completion
  • Review and preparation of financial models
  • Leading the preparation and delivery of marketing documentation to investors and lenders
  • Supporting clients in transaction negotiations
  • Managing junior colleagues including reviewing their work and contributing to their development
  • Taking responsibility for, and proactively assisting, business development efforts, including pitching for new work

Your team:

You will work directly with the Head of Real Estate Corporate Finance in Ireland as well as the wider Corporate Finance Partner group. 

The Real Estate Corporate Finance team sits within Ireland’s largest dedicated and multidisciplinary corporate finance practice with a team of over 120 professionals. As part of the Real Estate team you will also work with over 50 colleagues across our Construction Advisory business providing market leading construction project management and cost consultancy to some of Ireland’s most prestigious developers.
