Are you our next Learning and Development Programme Coordinator? 

Location: Dublin, as part of our hybrid working model.

Grade: Programme Coordinator

Contract type: Permanent

A snapshot of your peer group:

  • 2 - 3 years previous administrative experience in a busy office environment
  • A desire to develop a career in Learning and Development
  • Strong administration skills, highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work on own initiative - proactive, driven, and enthusiastic
  • Strong interpersonal skills - ability to be flexible and work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency of MS applications (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) is critical to this role.
  • Proficiency with AI tools (Copilot or equivalent) is desirable.
  • The ideal candidate will be degree-qualified in a relevant discipline (e.g. HR, L&D, Project Management, Change Management, Psychology, Education)
  • Maintains a consistently calm and focused manner even when under pressure

This is an exciting opportunity to join the KPMG Business School team and play a central role in delivering a seamless and high-quality experience across our training programmes. 

Your responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you enhance your career with us. Here is what you can initially expect:

  • Coordinating our training programmes, which includes assisting presenters and facilitators and providing them with timely feedback.
  • Managing logistics for learning events, including class setup in the LMS, attendance tracking, scheduling enrolments, room bookings, and pre/post event communication.
  • Monitoring training completion record, evaluating feedback, and managing the reporting to relevant stakeholders while maintaining adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Consulting with stakeholders to recommend effective training and development strategies.
  • Conducting training needs analyses to design, implement, and evaluate impactful learning.
  • Assisting with the delivery and facilitation of some training programmes.
  • Proactively identifying potential challenges, implementing appropriate solutions, and escalating issues when required.
  • Continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement in training processes and content.
  • Working with the Business School team on key learning initiatives and projects.
