Are you our next Resourcing Specialist to join our Consulting practice?

Location: Dublin, as part of our hybrid working model.

Contract type: Permanent

The Operations – Resourcing Team is a key part of the central management team and plays a critical role in maintaining and driving business success, profitability and is responsible for identifying and implementing processes, tooling and data solutions that will optimise our workforce in Ireland via Dublin and Belfast locations.

A snapshot of your peer group:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Additional relevant course or qualification
  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail
  • Professional attitude; is a trusted advisor.
  • Strong client-facing skills, with experience in developing partnerships with the team and client.
  • Strong problem-solving skills; thinks outside the box with solutions. 
  • Adaptable and responds positively to changing business needs. 
  • Excellent communication skills. Adapts style accordingly and demonstrates an understanding of the audience’s perspective.
  • Uses discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Proficient with MS Office suite of programs; in particular Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
  • Experience of working with MS Power Suite advantageous; Power Aps, Power Automate, PowerBI.

  • Will actively manage headcount within the organisation.
  • Perform weekly & monthly resource forecasts to ensure optimum consultant & service utilisation, proposing actions.
  • Lead key resource meetings and calls on the open roles pipeline by:
    • Resourcing – maintaining accuracy of roles and details.  
    • Recruitment – ensure aligned with and responsive to business needs.
    • Accurate resourcing forecasts to meet demand.
    • Utilisation – optimum consultant utilisation in line with our revenue and project margin targets
  • Develop an understanding of the sales pipeline and support the sales teams on tenders and with resources. 
  • Produce key MI for the business on all metrics, resourcing, utilisation, bench availability, client and roles, billable timesheets.
  • Cultivate strong and lasting collaborative relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions. 
  • Influence and deliver cross-functional projects for the department. 
  • Drive continuous improvement, innovation, Ops local and global strategy alignment. 
  • Become an active member of the local leadership team for strategic, operational and people initiatives.
