Are you our next SAP ECP Consultant – Ireland/UK Payroll?

Location: Dublin, as part of our hybrid working model.

Grade: Associate Director/Director

Contract type: Permanent

 

A snapshot of your peer group:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM/ECP with at least 2 full-cycle implementations of ECP.
  • Strong knowledge of Ireland and/or UK payroll legislation, statutory payments, and reporting.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration.
  • Proficient in payroll configuration including schemas, rules, wage types, and PCRs.
  • Ability to troubleshoot payroll issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in a client-facing consulting environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • SAP Certification in ECP or SuccessFactors EC.
  • Experience with BIB (Business Integration Builder) and Point-to-Point Integration.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy regulations in payroll processing.
  • Experience in working with multinational clients or shared service environments.

  • Lead and support SAP ECP implementations for Ireland/UK payroll.
  • Configure payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and other payroll elements.
  • Collaborate with SAP SuccessFactors EC consultants to ensure seamless integration.
  • Conduct payroll testing, parallel runs, and reconciliation.
  • Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.
  • Liaise with clients to gather requirements and provide expert guidance.
  • Prepare functional specifications and work with technical teams for custom developments.
  • Ensure compliance with local payroll legislation and statutory reporting.
  • Train end-users and provide documentation.
