A snapshot of your peer group:

• (Industry knowledge & experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–4 years’ experience in Agile delivery roles
• Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban frameworks
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps or similar tools
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent attention to detail required
